Headset questions? Here are the answers.
How does open-ear listening work?
Bone conduction sends sound through contact points near the ear while leaving the ear canal uncovered. Fit and sound can feel different from traditional in-ear headphones.
Can I record while I am moving?
Yes. The built-in camera is intended for hands-free point-of-view capture during everyday activities. Use the onboard controls or supported app features and record only where it is appropriate to do so.
How do I use the translation features?
Pair the headset with your phone and follow the companion app setup for supported translation or smart conversation modes. Available functions can depend on the app version and language support.
Will it work with my phone?
It is designed for wireless Bluetooth use with compatible phones. Follow the pairing steps in the included setup instructions then open the companion app for any supported smart features.
